Embarking upon Integral Coaching as a means of bringing about understanding, harmony, healing and change can be a big step. Congratulations on taking it!

By entering into a therapeutic coaching relationship we are creating a sacred container. I will honor the trust placed in me by you. I will respect your right to be self-governing. I will commit to promoting your well-being and avoiding harm. I will strive to treat you fairly and impartially.

The aim of Integral Coaching is to provide you with an opportunity to confidentially explore personal issues. My role is to help you through this process without judgement and without telling you what to do.

This agreement confirms that Integral Coaching will take place in a safe and professional manner. Your experience is of paramount importance. The purpose of this agreement is to set boundaries designed to contribute to your well-being and ease in life.

We will discuss parts of this agreement in our Discovery Call or at the beginning of your first session. To get the most out of this experience it will be helpful to read and think about the following information. You are invited to ask questions and/or raise concerns as we come to an agreement on how we can best work together. When you feel clear on the terms of the contract, please sign and return it to me.

This is a mutual agreement negotiated between you and Juliana Coles prior to the commencement of Integral Coaching. It outlines the responsibilities of Juliana towards you along with your responsibilities within the therapeutic relationship.

Please review this agreement. If you wish to negotiate any changes, I will be happy to do so before you sign.

This agreement is fully understood, and agreed to as it stands by:

I am covered by professional liability insurance.

I am not a health insurance provider.

This is an important aspect of the therapeutic relationship.  Everything that is discussed in our sessions will be kept in confidence.

I have regular supervision and may need to discuss my work with my supervisor from time to time. However, I will not disclose your name or anything that identifies you, unless explicitly agreed. Any information that a supervisor/mentor receives is also treated as confidential.

If you are being treated by your doctor for any health condition, or are taking medication, it is important that you inform them about your therapeutic work. I will not confer with your doctor without your knowledge and permission. If there is convincing evidence that you intend to harm yourself or others, I will need to break confidentiality by informing your doctor, or another appropriate third party. Wherever possible, you will be informed of this.

I may make brief notes after a session, which will be securely stored. Occasionally I might want to make an audio or video recording of your session for the purpose of monitoring and improving my work. This would only occur with your prior knowledge and explicit permission. Again, this data is securely stored and destroyed after use.

I can be contacted by using the details at the start of this document.

I will invite you to use my online calendar as a way of contact for arranging and re-scheduling appointments etc. Please be specific about the method (phone, text or email) you wish to use for contact. In the case of a phone call please indicate whether it is acceptable to leave a message.

Soulcentric Somatic Coaching is not a crisis intervention service. Should you need support between sessions, please contact your doctor or a local service. I will gladly help you research appropriate organizations based on your location – please ask.

Sessions last up to 50 minutes. There is no requirement on your part to schedule a minimum number of sessions, nor do you need to schedule them at set intervals. This is all about you doing and receiving what is right for you.

The whole session time belongs to you, and I will be present for the entire time of the session. If you arrive part way through your allotted time, I will see you for the remainder of the time. Unfortunately, it may not be possible to go over time or add on extra time as I may have other commitments that need to be honored.

If your circumstances change and the session time is no longer suitable, I will do my best to accommodate this and offer you an alternative time.

If you are unable to attend a session, please give me plenty of notice (ideally no less than 24 hours), and I will do my best to accommodate this by offering you an alternative time or date. Failure to show for an appointment will also incur the full fee.

In the event where I need to miss your session, I will give you as much notice as possible and will offer you an alternative time. Sessions missed due to my unavailability will not be charged.

I have a sliding scale from $50-150 per session.

There are two elements to my fee structure:

1-Admininstrative Fee:
There is a standard fee of $50 for each 50-minute session. This fee is to cover the cost of facilitating the sessions (administration, website/technology, insurance, continuing education, membership fees, etc.).

2-Dana Practice:
When working with me, you will notice that present moment awareness, grounding, mindfulness, breathing and meditation are integral to the process. The spirit of love, compassion and inclusiveness permeates my work and personal life, and it feels right to continue this in the way I offer my sessions.

Dana is not payment for goods or services rendered; it is given from the heart. Your generosity is a gift that supports this work and makes it accessible to everyone.

Dana means “generosity” and “giving” in Pali, the language in which the Buddha’s teachings were originally recorded. The Buddha regularly emphasized the value of generosity and sharing what we have with others as an essential practice in the cultivation of happiness and well-being. The Buddha encouraged generosity, in recognition of our interdependence, and as a wholesome practice which helps release the heart and mind from greed and negativity. In receiving with gratitude and giving with generosity, we become more fully conscious participants in the interconnected web of life that supports us all.

You may send your Dana after each session along with the administrative fee. Take it as a practice. There is no expected “right amount” so please listen to your heart and give what you are moved to offer while also respecting your practical circumstances.

You can send payments via Zelle, Venmo or Paypal.

Zelle: Juliana Coles 505.690.1262

Venmo: @juliana-coles

Paypal: Pulse Wellness LLC (please indicate that you are sending to a friend to avoid additional service fee)

I will encourage you to set an intention at the start of each session. Clients who get the most out of their sessions are the ones who use the time to increase awareness, gain insight and are actively involved in getting what they want from each exploration.

I may recommend trying out new behaviors between sessions by reflecting on our process through meditation, breathing, journaling, artwork, etc. I will also encourage you to explore other modalities for growth and healing, as well as develop a self-care practice.

If, at any time, you are left with concerns or discomfort from a session, it is important that you share this with me, either when it is happening or at the next session.

You will normally know when you are ready to finish your coaching work, and you can address this with me within a session. It would be great if you could give notice before finishing so that we get the chance to discuss your decision and have closure. There will be no pressure on you to continue, and if things change, you will always be welcomed back.

I reserve the right to terminate our sessions in the event the client is not abiding by this agreement or is perceived to be a threat to another’s wellbeing.
